Hot tips
Due to the weather conditions this year of being warm and very wet it is essential that you spray your plants with fungicides to prevent mildew, particularly your roses!
- Continue to treat your lawn with weed and moss killers, scarify with a wire rake to remove any dead grass.
- Prepare the ground for planting evergreen shrubs and trees, digging in well-rotted manure/soil conditioner.
- Container and basket planting, due to the weather conditions you may find your summer bedding is over now. Plant with pansies, polys and ivy, not forgetting to pop in a few spring flowering bulbs to give you a nice surprise next spring!
